C4 Financial announces that it has placed a $5.7 million dollar loan with for a hotel project in Sharonville, OH. The project was a great fit for a CMBS loan program due to the size, having an out-of-state borrower and financial structure.
Working on behalf of the borrower, James Huff secured the debt with a CMBS lender. The program allowed the borrower to take advantage of a 10 year, 30 year amortizing fixed rate loan at 75% LTC, 70% LTV.
