C4 Financial announces that it has placed a $3.375 million dollar loan on a refinance of a 98 unit apartment complex in Wilmington, Ohio at 75% LTV.
Working on behalf of the borrower, Mark Ramp secured the debt with a CMBS lender. The lending program allowed the borrower, with a section 8 housing project and a 5 year HAP contract, to take advantage of a 10 year term amortizing 25 years on a fixed rate loan based off the 10 year swap rate.
