The project was a great fit for HUD’s 223(f) loan program due to the historically strong financials. The borrower was also an experienced owner of multiple HAP contract properties throughout the United States.

Working on behalf of the borrower, James Huff secured the debt with a Fannie lender’s 223(f) HUD program. This program allowed the borrower to take advantage of a fully amortizing 30 year fixed rate loan.
