Working on behalf of the borrower, Rick Ruehlmann secured the debt with a local lender. The financing allowed the borrower to refinance his current debt and provide additional financing for the remaining construction needed to finalize the project. The loan offered interest only for 2 years converting to permanent debt based upon a 25 year amortization.
