C4 Financial announces that it has placed a $3,492,000 dollar loan on a refinance of an 122 unit apartment complex in Cincinnati, OH.

Working on behalf of the borrower, James Huff secured the debt with a Freddie Mac lender.  The borrower closed on a cash purchase of the property while in the process of the refinance with Freddie Mac.  This refinance allowed the borrower to mortgage at 80% LTV and provide significant proceeds to purchase another property in close proximity.  These closing happened similtaneously benefiting the borrower with meeting the requirements of the purchase contract for both locations.
