C4 Financial announces that it has placed a $1,750,000 dollar loan on a refinance of an apartment complex in Pearl, MS.
Working on behalf of the borrower, James Huff secured the debt with a Freddie Mac lender. The lending program allowed the borrower to refinance his ballooned higher interest rate loan to a low fixed long term loan. The borrower was able to receive cash back as well to work on some property improvements.
